We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Store credit will be offered if you choose to return and not exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Cost of return is customer responsibility unless it is due to flaw/defect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All preorder sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled, refunded, or modified. However if you wish to exchange your item(s) for one that is in stock please reach out ASAP.
